Tips For First-Time Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is one of the most natural and important ways for a new mother to bond with her baby and provide the best nutrition for her infant.   • Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water and other fluids will help you produce enough milk for your baby.
  • Take care of yourself: Taking care of your physical and emotional needs is important for a successful breastfeeding experience. Get plenty of rest, eat a well-balanced diet, and seek help if you are feeling overwhelmed.
