  • How can I get in touch with the doctors at Jaypee Hospital?

    You can take an Experts Opinion or send us an email at askus@jaypeehealthcare.com.Our International Patients Team will get in touch with you within 24 hours. You can also call us on our 24 x 7 International Patients Helpline number at +91-120-22222.

  • Will you help me get the visa?

    Yes. Our International Patients Team will arrange for the visa for you and the accompanying attendant. You will have to provide the team with the respective passport numbers to do the needful.

  • What other services do you offer for international patients?

    We have our services specially designed for the international patients. Click here to know more about the services that we offer to our international guests.

  • Will language be a barrier in communicating with the doctors in India?

    Our doctors and staff are conversant in English. We also have language interpreters for Arabic, Persian, French, Iraqi, Bangladeshi, Russian, etc.

  • How will I make payments at the Hospital?

    We have streamlined our payment modes for your convenience. Payment options at Jaypee Hospital include: Cash (INR); Credit cards (Visa, American Express and MasterCard); Insurance/sponsored payment & Internet Banking.

  • Will the hospital arrange for my stay after I get discharged?

    We have tie-ups with nearby hotels and guest houses for our international guests which will be shared with you before you arrive. You may get in touch with our International Patients Team or International Guest Manager at +91-120-4122222 to get your bookings done.

  • Would I be able to meet my treating doctor after I get discharged?

    Our International Guest Manager will arrange for a follow-up visit or a tele-consult with the treating doctor after you are discharged.
