We at Jaypee facilitate seamless process of patient care services at our Hospital

Documentation
We would like to receive details of the medical treatment you have undergone so far. These details will include your current medical status, treatment and medicines prescribed and medical reports.

Clinical Evaluation
Once received, these reports are evaluated by our clinicians. The treatment advised along with an estimate/ package will be sent to you (within 24 hours). Details of recovery post treatment, precautions and any other special instructions regarding lifestyle will be sent as well.
A tele-consult with the super specialist for the patient can also be arranged. Remember to carry all medical records such as X-rays, Scans, MRI, prescriptions with you.

Visa Facilitation
After confirmation, our International Guest Manager will arrange for a visa facilitation letter for the patient and the accompanying attendant. Meanwhile at Jaypee Hospital, the International Patients Team will make necessary arrangements for your stay.

Arrival
The Guest Relation Officer will receive you at the airport and help you get comfortable here. You will have to inform the team about the flight details (date and time of arrival), number of accompanying attendants.

Discharge and Payments
We have a smooth and systematic discharge process for all our international patients. Payment options at Jaypee Hospital include

  • Insurance
A post- discharge consultation and follow up is also arranged by our International Patients Team.

Language Assistance
Our doctors and staff are conversant in both English and Hindi. We also have language interpreters for different languages.

Travel Assistance
We offer an airport pick up and drop service to all our international patients and attendants.
